0.1.2 - The "Perfect Level" Update
Crimson Shrine » Devlog
It’s weird what you remember without knowing it. I started putting together the basic level geometry the other day but it didn’t feel right, somehow, even in the Unity editor’s fly-through mode. So now there’s a stack of drawings on my desk and I’ve spent a couple of days replicating as much as I remember, which it turns out is a lot. The dungeon, the walkway, the eerie red light coming from the East Wing…
The hardest part of this so far is tracking down the old models, or as close as I can get, so my search history looks interesting right now. I’m hoping that someone’s uploaded the character model from the old Crimson Shrine, but I’m not holding my breath.
Features
- updates to overal level geometry
- weapon balance tweaks
- changed the “cave” to a “dungeon”
- added a “lookout” spawn point near the “dungeon” spawn
